I found this video very informative on a Fake SSD scam (bought SSD online)

Yeah. These scams are nothing new. But as he said in the beginning of the video, "If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is".
You can get 8Tb SSD drives. There are a few 2.5 inch SSD's out there right now. But as he said, they are over $700. There aren't any general purpose M.2 SSD's in that capacity just yet. Only commercial grade. But, there are M.2 NVME drives up to 8Tb. And those are WELL over $1000 right now.
