Yes.  We will compensate your stupidity by taking 2 cents off your bill.  Thank you and have a joyous day.  HAHAHA!

My mom used to use a mail client called Incredimail but used Firefox as her browser. By default Incredimail was hard coded to use IE she if mail didn't open in Firefox she would keep clicking or some codes in the email would open up many instances of the 1 email. I had to write a script to take care of it quickly asa she would freak out and want me to come over right away. Incredimail closed its doors earlier this year thankfully.

Thanks for sharing.  I've actually dealt with a few of those issues the guy had been talking about.  And many MANY more.

Here is one for instance.  I had a guy come to my shop with a car about 5 years old and he wants a wheel alignment.  I put the car on the alignment machine and sure enough, it's way out of alignment.  So I did a full 4 wheel alignment and got it perfectly straight again.  Gave him a printout of the before and after measurements and took it for a test drive to make sure it's driving straight.  Satisfied with results of my test drive, I give him back the car.  He comes back about 30 minutes later complaining that I did NOT fix the problem with the alignment.  So I took it for another test drive and can't find anything wrong with the car.  So I ask him to drive the car for me and point out what he thinks is wrong.  So as we are driving along a beat up cobblestone road, he removes his hands from the steering wheel and starts complaining that the car won't stay in a straight line.  I ask him to please return me back to the shop.  I show him the printout again and explained what it all means.  I also informed him that this was not an autonomous driving vehicle and that he needs to keep his hands on the steering wheel.  He didn't seem to understand any of that.
